Your Profile

Your profile is shown in two places on The Node World: in a small, meta-data type card on the map, and the profile tab in the social panel. To set your "profile card coordinates," use the button under the "Bookmarks" top navigation link. Your profile card must be at least 25,000x and 25,000y to avoid profile clutter near 0x 0y.

You have no time limit, but once you do place your card, it becomes the permanent home. Profile cards are not objects that can be moved without staff intervention, so please take your time in deciding where you want to place it. This will display a small profile card on the map. When clicked, opens the social panel profile view.

Editing: to edit your profile, use the account menu in the top navigation and click the "Edit Profile" button. The standard profile layout comes with basic information as well as three photos. If you are more adventurous, you may use the code editor to write an HTML5, CSS and inline JavaScript template.

Viewing: to view your profile, use the "view profile" option. This will allow you to view the current state of your profile, which is helpful when coding a custom one. To view another user's profile, use the world search bar, tap their name in the chat user list, or send /profile Username.
